Policies
1.
We accept reservations on-line, by text or by phone.
2. We take
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express
cards. We will need a credit card
to hold your reservation and you will need to sign the
credit card slip after your trip in the
car unless we have a "signature code" for your credit card (3 digit code in the back of your credit card) in advance
to pre-pay your transaction.
3. Our Cancelation Policy is as
follows:
- We
have a 24 hour
cancelation policy.
- You may cancel a Sedan reservation up to 24 hours with no
penalty.
- There is no charge for canceled
flights. However, on delayed flights you will be charged wait time unless you "notify" our office regarding your "flight status" prior to your departure.
4. If anyone
gets sick in the car, there is a $500 minimum
clean-up charge.
5. No smoking is allowed in our cars. Anyone who
smokes will be asked to extinguish the
cigar/cigarette.
By making a reservation with our company, you have thus read and agreed with all of our policies, including our cancelation policies.
