Policies
1.
We accept reservations online or by phone.
2. We take
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express
cards. We will need a credit card
to hold your reservation and you will need to sign the
credit card slip after your trip in the
car unless you have a signature account or
pre-paid the order.
3. Our Cancellation Policy is as
follows:
- We
have a 48 hour
cancellation policy for our Sedan and
a
2 weeks
cancellation policy for our Limousine
services.
- You may cancel a Sedan reservation up to 48 hours
and a Limousine reservation up to 2 weeks with no
penalty.
- Orders cancelled less
than 48 hours for
Sedans and less than 2 weeks for
Limousines will be charged in full
amount.
- There is no charge for cancelled
flights.
4. If anyone
gets sick in the car, there is a $500 minimum
clean-up charge.
5. There is
no smoking in our cars. Anyone who
smokes will be asked to extinguish the
cigar/cigarette.
